As enterprises continue the methodical move toward Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) in which Web Services and Cloud Computing play an increasingly important role; Jericho Systems' EnterSpace Product Line functions to deliver a key component of a next-generation SOA...a Decisioning Service.

Incorporating open-standards based interfaces, the Decisioning Service is provided by the company's flagship product, the EnterSpace Decisioning Service (EsDS). Additional products from Jericho Systems leverage the EsDS to provide out-of-the box solutions.

Jericho Systems chose the word "EnterSpace" to describe a attribute-based, active decision-making process that users and other services "enter-into" at a given point in time. The unique, patent pending architecture of the EsDS enables this functionality. Walls created by stove-piped decisions in an enterprise can be replaced with EnterSpaces...a principal's unique view of available resources, content, messages, and advertising.

In addition, several modules exist that leverage the EsDS. In effect, these products function as out-of-the-box "front doors" to the decisioning service. The products include JAzP for SharePoint 2007, the EnterSpace Vault, Jericho Portal Framework, and the Jericho Secure Document Service.

The Jericho SAML Attribute Responder does not need the EsDS to operate.
