Jericho Systems to present at 2005 Department of Defense (DoD) Identity Protection and Management Conference

EnterSpace: Enabling Warfighter Access through the Power of a Digital Identity

Jericho Systems presents a live, audience-participation multimedia presentation showing the use of a PKI digital identity as the foundation for responsive, locally-controlled privilege management and access control capabilities. These advanced capabilities reduce the operational burden associated with managing user credentials and offers the community an efficient means to support groups, roles, citizenship and other attributes in an authorization framework. The demonstration presents a postulated operational scenario that stresses IA demands on mission operators, and illustrates the effective integration of authentication (DoD PKI digital identity) with the EnterSpace Security Suite (ESS), (a privilege management and attribute based access control framework) in conducting mission operations. ESS provides a user-friendly interface to accommodate dynamic changes in the user population (Communities of Interest), updates to the security policy, and changes required by the operational situation. The functional capabilities being demonstrated integrate existing PKI capabilities with a commercial off-the shelf (COTS) privilege management structure to realize discretionary access control aligned with the emerging IA-enabled Global Information Grid IA Framework.
